Service Description

InstaRank SEO is an AI-powered SEO audit and marketing analytics platform that provides:

Website SEO audits and technical analysis
Performance monitoring and recommendations
Keyword research and competitor analysis

Google Business Profile integration
Report generation and export features

The Service is provided "as is" and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Registration & Security

Your Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

Acceptable Use Policy

Audit websites you own or have authorization to audit
Use reports for business and marketing decisions
Share reports with team members and clients
Integrate with third-party tools via our APIs

You May Not:

Use the Service for illegal purposes
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service
Scrape or extract data beyond normal use
Share account access with unauthorized users
Resell or redistribute our reports commercially
Audit websites without proper authorization

Pricing & Payment

Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST at 18%).
Payment: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and PayPal through our secure payment partners.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.
Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on eligibility and process.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights:

InstaRank SEO, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Content Ladder Marketing Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your Rights:

You retain ownership of your data and the websites you audit. Reports generated using our Service may be used freely for your business purposes.

Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

We process data in accordance with India's DPDP Act 2023
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit websites for audit
We do not access login credentials or sensitive data from websites you audit
Data is retained as per our retention policy and deleted upon account closure

Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) APIs
Payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe)

Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

Disclaimers

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific SEO results, rankings, or traffic improvements. Our tools provide recommendations, but results depend on implementation and market factors.
As-Is Service: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Data Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, audit data is for informational purposes. Always verify critical findings independently.
Third-Party Data: We cannot guarantee the accuracy of data from third-party sources (e.g., search volumes, competitor data).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
We are not liable for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
We are not liable for issues caused by your actions, third-party services, or force majeure events

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Content Ladder Marketing Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Websites you audit without proper authorization

Termination

By You: You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete your data after 90 days, except as required by law.

Governing Law & Disputes

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
